NARCONON DAY

Whereas, on February 19, 2006, the Narconon program will celebrate NARCONON DAY; and

Whereas, the Narconon program began in 1989 in Newkirk, Oklahoma and for 12 years has trained people from all over the world to help communities become drug free; and

Whereas, the Oklahoma House of Representatives is honored to join with the Narconon program for 5 years service and extends its highest regards and best hopes for many more years to come; and

Now, therefore, pursuant to the motion of

REPRESENTATIVE RAY MILLER

the State of Oklahoma extends to the
