Delaware Correctional Center Says Gains Made by the Narconon Program Far Outweighs the Cost

In response to your request, I would like to state that a quick survey of treatment staff indicates that at present our Narconon program is providing a service to the inmate population and that it is working well within the institution.

It is the general feeling of staff that the Narconon program at DCC serves to compliment existing drug programs and the ongoing therapy programs provided by our own staff people. Those staff people that I spoke to feel that the gains that are being made by the Narconon program and those that will be made continues far outweigh the small cost of the program.
