A Heroin Addict Regains Control over his Life

He wanted to change and get off drugs, but it didn’t seem possible.

Richie said, “When addicted I had no hope left and I was in a real bad place in my life. I tried numerous programs and nothing ever worked for me. I just couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. The question I kept asking myself was what was wrong. Why can’t I get this? I was resigned to the fact that I was going to be addicted to heroin for the remainder of my life.”
