Narconon Louisiana Facilities

This Narconon drug rehabilitation facility is set on fifteen wooded acres on the outskirts of Denham Springs, Louisiana. As you move up the curved driveway, a creek flows by and the buildings housing the delivery of this program gradually appear through the greenery.

There are five buildings on this property. In between them, there are open spaces where those in recovery toss a football or catch some sun. When not taking part in rehab services, the residents have a choice of the workout room, horseshoes or volleyball. Indoors, there are media rooms for television or movies in each of the buildings.

To make those in recovery feel at home, the staff always stage events for the Fourth of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and other holidays. For Christmas, there’s always a big bonfire and hot cider for everyone. For July Fourth, the fireworks are so lavish that the neighbors all turn out to watch. Even though all the residents here are adults, that doesn’t stop there from being an Easter egg hunt on Easter morning.

The facility is part of the local Chamber of Commerce and enjoys an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau which recognizes them as an Accredited Business. That increases the group’s social responsibility to new levels, along with their current contributions in drug rehabilitation and prevention.
